Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on the 777cox platform. By accessing 777cox, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between 777cox (hereinafter referred to as "777cox", "we", "us", or "the Company") and you, the user (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", or "you"), governing your access to and use of the 777cox website, mobile interface, gaming platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is accessible at https://777cox.net and is designed primarily for the Pakistani market, offering PKR-denominated transactions and local payment integrations including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses the 777cox Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 13 below.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 777cox and to use any service on the Platform. 777cox strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited Real Money Funds will be returned to the original payment source after investigation.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. 777cox makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 777cox. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777cox reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances where multi-accounting is detected.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid date of birth, a working mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. 777cox is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.5 KYC Verification. 777cox may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, when upgrading account limits, or when our compliance team identifies unusual account activity. Required documentation may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777cox will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify 777cox immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. You can reach our support team via live chat or by emailing support@777cox.net. 777cox will investigate reported breaches and may temporarily lock your account while doing so.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 777cox reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining Real Money Balance, provided that the Balance does not fall below zero. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Reactivation is possible by logging in and making a qualifying deposit.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled. Voluntary account closure does not affect your right to withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds, subject to KYC completion.
4.5 Account Suspension by 777cox. 777cox reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the Platform.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. 777cox currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). 777cox reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the 777cox Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. 777cox is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 777cox reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one to two business hours on standard banking days. USDT withdrawals via TRC-20 are typically confirmed within 15 minutes, subject to network congestion.
5.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. 777cox applies a "same-method" withdrawal policy where possible, meaning withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy is applied to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
5.6 Transaction Accuracy. You are solely responsible for providing correct payment details when initiating a deposit or withdrawal. 777cox is not liable for funds lost or delayed due to incorrect payment information submitted by the Player.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, and reload offers made available on 777cox are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The percentage contribution of each game category will be published in the promotion terms. Bets placed on games that contribute 0% to wagering requirements while a bonus is active will not count toward fulfilling the wagering obligation.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 777cox employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and may have Real Money Funds withheld pending investigation.
6.5 Modification or Cancellation. 777cox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will continue to be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in.
7.1 Game Availability. The availability of specific games, betting markets, and sports events on 777cox may change at any time. 777cox does not guarantee the continued availability of any game or market and accepts no liability for losses resulting from the removal or suspension of a game or market.
7.2 Certified RNG. All casino games available on 777cox utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Results of all spins, hands, and rounds are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by the Platform, game providers, or Players.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned without a result, a technical malfunction during game play, the placement of a bet on incorrect odds due to a manifest error, or where a market has been suspended at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's account.
7.4 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest or obvious error in odds, payout calculations, or game settings — whether caused by a technical fault, human error, or otherwise — 777cox reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. This applies regardless of whether the error was in favour of the Player or the Platform.
7.5 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to bet responsibly. 777cox provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity. See Section 11 for full details.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cox Platform:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the 777cox Platform — including but not limited to the 777cox name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777cox or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Limited Licence. 777cox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Some games and content on the Platform are provided by third-party game studios. Such content is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios in addition to 777cox's rights. 777cox operates under valid licensing agreements with all third-party content providers whose games appear on the Platform.
10.1 Platform Availability. 777cox endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures, or events beyond 777cox's reasonable control. 777cox is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.
10.2 Financial Losses. Gaming and betting involve risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your 777cox account through the normal course of gameplay. 777cox is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your gaming activity on the Platform.
10.3 Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.4 Cap on Liability. Where 777cox is found liable to you under these Terms or otherwise, the total aggregate liability of 777cox to you shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Commitment. 777cox is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help Players stay in control of their activity.

11.3 Age Verification Obligation. 777cox operates a strict 21+ age policy. We will conduct CNIC-based age verification on all accounts. Any account holder found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately excluded from the Platform, all winnings will be forfeited, and all deposited Real Money Funds will be returned.

12.1 Data Collection. By registering on 777cox, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the 777cox Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.2 KYC Data. Personal data collected during the KYC verification process — including CNIC copies, selfies, and address documentation — is retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or regulation.
12.3 Marketing Communications. By registering, you may receive promotional communications from 777cox via SMS, email, or push notification. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account preferences or by contacting our support team. Opting out of marketing will not affect your ability to receive transactional communications relating to your account.
13.1 Right to Amend. 777cox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 777cox will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 777cox Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
13.3 Version Control. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and may be made available upon request by contacting our support team. The version currently displayed on this page is the operative version and supersedes all prior versions.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777cox holds its international gaming operating licence.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to your 777cox account or these Terms, you agree to first contact our customer support team and allow 777cox a period of thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal proceedings.
14.3 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
